Field to Fire offers locally sourced prepared foods. Our mission is to use fresh, high quality ingredients while supporting local farmers. Our vegetables and meats are purchased and prepared every week so we can deliver the best menu possible, from “field to fire”. You can find us at the tower grove farmers market every Tuesday and Saturday. We are also available in select local grocers.

Our farmers play a vital role in our everyday life. They are the ones who put in the long hours everyday to provide you with the freshest and best produce and meat. We source all of our ingredients from local farmers weekly to ensure our creations are made with the freshest ingredients and finest proteins available. This allows us to use locally sourced ingredients while giving back to the local farming community.
Since we purchase our ingredients weekly this means our menu is seasonal and constantly changing and evolving. We have a lot of staples throughout the year, but you’ll be sure to find a new dish you love for every season. We offer dips, soups, sides and entrees for everyone. Most of our menu is gluten free and we offer several vegetarian and vegan options as well.

Mike Miller
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Mike has over 20 years as a chef in the restaurant industry. He is the one who sources ingredients and develops the unique and full-flavored menu every week. Mike is part owner of the highly acclaimed Kounter Kulture. He brings his passion for creating masterful dishes inspired by several culinary regions from all over the world.
Luke
SOUS CHEF
Luke has been a chef for over 15 years in the St. Louis area. He has an incredible ability to prepare some amazing dishes and make sure Mike’s vision is carried out week to week. Luke can also be found at Songbird when he’s not working at the Field to Fire booth at the Tower Grove Farmers Market.
